As ATLAS Technology continues to expand its platform across the Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) industry, we are seeking a Product Manager who thrives in solving operationally complex problems and building scalable, high-impact solutions.

This role is designed for builders—individuals who excel in ambiguity, understand workflow-heavy environments, and take full ownership of outcomes. You won’t just manage a roadmap—you will drive meaningful impact across the CRT order lifecycle, from intake and documentation to insurance authorization and order fulfillment.

As a Product Manager at ATLAS, you will define product vision, strategy, and execution across core platform areas. You will develop a deep understanding of CRT workflows, including ATPs, intake teams, documentation specialists, and operational leadership. Your focus will be turning fragmented, manual processes into streamlined, intelligent, and scalable digital workflows.

You will partner closely with design, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that reduce inefficiencies, improve compliance, and accelerate funding success for our users.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or workflow-driven platforms.

  • Experience working in or adjacent to operationally complex environments (CRT, healthcare, logistics, or similar industries preferred).

  • Proven ability to take ambiguous ideas from concept to launch, prioritizing high-impact, real-world problems.

  • Strong user empathy with the ability to deeply understand and improve day-to-day workflows across multiple roles.

  • Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and make informed tradeoffs.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate product decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders.

  • Bias toward action with a mindset of testing, learning, and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the success of one or more core ATLAS product areas, focusing on real-world outcomes and operational impact across CRT workflows.
  • Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with ATLAS’s mission to modernize and streamline the CRT order lifecycle.
  • Lead product discovery through user interviews, workflow shadowing, usability testing, and industry-specific research across roles such as ATPs, intake, and documentation teams.
  • Translate complex, fragmented CRT processes into clear product requirements, intuitive workflows, and scalable solutions.
  • Build and iterate on features from 0→1 and from 1→scale, with rapid feedback loops and continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, compliant, and technically scalable experiences.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure strong product adoption, clear value communication, and measurable improvements in efficiency and funding outcomes.
  • Maintain a high standard for usability, workflow cohesion, and platform consistency across ATLAS.

At ATLAS Technology, we are transforming the Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) industry by streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and improving outcomes across the entire order lifecycle.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity and is passionate about designing intuitive, scalable solutions for workflow-heavy environments. This role is ideal for someone who can take fragmented, manual CRT processes—such as intake, documentation, insurance authorization, and order management—and translate them into seamless digital experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer at ATLAS, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You will work across multiple product areas, designing solutions that empower ATPs, intake teams, documentation specialists, and operations leaders to work more efficiently and accurately.

This is a remote-first role, designed for someone who is comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and eager to make a meaningful impact in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or workflow-driven platforms.

  • Strong ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions from high-level concepts to detailed execution.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex, well-crafted design work, particularly in enterprise or operational systems.

  • Experience designing for workflow-heavy environments or multi-role user systems.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven experiences or intelligent workflow automation is a plus.

  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with evolving priorities.

Not Required but Desired

    • Experience designing for developer tools or highly technical platforms.
    • Familiarity with workflow automation systems or operational software.
    • Exposure to healthcare, CRT, or revenue cycle management (RCM) environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full design lifecycle across multiple product areas—from discovery and research to prototyping, development handoff, and post-launch optimization.
  • Conduct user research across CRT roles (ATPs, intake, documentation, billing) to deeply understand workflow challenges and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Translate complex operational processes into intuitive, user-centered designs that reduce friction and improve efficiency.
  • Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate product functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform architecture.
